Hi peeps!

Let's talk about how I begun lifting.

I've been training by myself with bodyweight exercises since I was 14, but there just wasn't much significant results. Sure I did lose a ton of weight, but that I felt was mostly due to my regimented runs and my well-restricted diet.
I saw toning but not the amount of toning I wanted so I felt I just ended up kinda skinny-fat.  I had dabbled with ab exercises for 2 friggin years but my core still sucked like hell. 

Then Ryan came into my journey and transformed it. I took up weightlifting (under his influence because I was scared and insecure as hell to dabble into the men's section yessss) over bodyweight circuit training and saw really significant muscle gain. I also gained a significant amount of knowledge on the much harped upon mind-muscle connection as well as how much/what to eat.

When I first started training with him I felt like I was in the hands of someone who knew his stuff well. I had doubts, a lot of them, and I often told him that but he would always be there to knock sense back into my head. The beginning of my journey I LOVED slacking and going super light weight cuz I never believed in myself (lol), but he would remind me why I was there in the smelly gym in the first place, upping the weight range which I hitherto confined myself to.



^This transformation was made under a lot of mental pressure, physical pressure, mistakes and also with a lot of willpower. I did of course put in a lot of my own effort, discipline and outsourced my own knowledge, but this wouldn't have been possible if he did not change my mindset first.

I went from being afraid of eating to having 5-6 meals a day.
From disparaging my thighs (that I always thought were too fat for my own good) to embracing it.
I also got into something I've never been more passionate about.

Not just an advertorial for this man here but to also get the message across for all skinny people who wants to gain or higher fat% peeps tryna lose know that nothing's impossible when there's effort and dedication. :)
