I am not always complied to write, but when I do, my passion flows with it.
I've never been one to believe in half-assed efforts. Back when I was younger and confined to the obligations of the school system, CIP was a compulsory thing, CCA was something you could only skip thrice, more and you'd be taken aside, questioned and reprimanded. So I was always obliged to do something I didn't want to, most times against my will.
Now that I'm older and out of the school system, I am free to make my own choices. Today, I choose to dedicate myself to things that I truly care about.

If you read my previous blog post, you'd know I was coached. My coach told me that overall development was crucial. Sure you could only want a specific part of yourself to develop, but it is of course always better to be strong overall for bodily functions and the aesthetics.
I took that comment with much cynicism, said I hated having huge muscles all over my body.
I guess I have changed. If you are a natural athlete and plan to stay so, women will never be able to achieve the extreme hulk look akin a men's. Perhaps women can grow quite a bit or a little 'too much' (in the face of disapproval) naturally - if we eat right and train hard enough, but that also depends on each and every individuals' goal.
Some would prefer a more feminine, less muscular frame, some would rather look thicker. From there, different nutrition plans as well as intensity of training will vary to cater to each and every individual's goal.
Quite a few ladies have been DM-ing me and asking me about fitness related stuff. I really want to reply to everyone but everything just gets sort of repetitive overtime and there are just so many.
Here are just a couple shots of questions, but I think it all boils down to 2 simple things: Nutrition and Training, that confuses people.
[all identities censored, don't worry :D]
It's definitely easy to dish out advice to anxious ears, what isn't as easy is to actually follow that advice. I can share my bits and pieces of knowledge everywhere I go, but in order for change to happen, we must be brave enough to take that leap!

If I ever am to have clients, I don't want to be a slipshod version of the real deal.
I don't want cookie-cutter training and meal plans. Individual macros and everything else must and will be tailored and specific for each and every client that will be under me.
If I ever am to have clients, I don't want to equip them with the wrong knowledge, to leave their questions unanswered, or to have them be insecure and doubtful under my wings.
So just recently, I've been taking in clients.
People only need to have one thing: the will to change.
Everything will be catered according to your goals. I will provide adjustable macros, weekly meal plans, training regiments, biweekly progress check-ins as well as a 24/7 support system.
(you know how to contact me. My DMs on Instagram @boldredlips / @christychng as well as my email christyxchng@gmail.com is always open!)

Love,
